CE Caddy's electronic tracking system has no effect on your ability to renew your license.
 
What is the cost of CE Caddy tracking and how long will it last?
Introductory offer: We retain and maintain your records indefinitely, but you will only have access to your transcript as long as you maintain your membership.

Can I submit a completed course to CE Caddy?
Yes. You may self-report course hours not otherwise reported. Simply log in to CE Caddy's website to enter your earned certificates.
 
Is my CE information in CE Caddy a public record?
No. It is confidential for your own private use.
 
What is CE Caddy and why was it developed?
CE Caddy utilizes an Electronic Filing and Tracking System (ETS) for Professional Health Care workers to track certificates of their Continuous Education (CE's) earned.

CE Caddy was developed by a nurse to track CE's, CEU's, CME's, CHE's, and more! Remember, when you receive a letter for audit, it is usually not for your current renewal. With CE Caddy you'll have easy access to:
  • Print or e-mail records of your certificates.
  • Eliminate the confusion of retaining multiple papers of continuous education certificates with CE Caddy's ETS.*
  • Access your information from any computer or capable mobile device with an internet connection.**

*ETS is an electronic tracking system.

Will a subscription to CE Caddy affect the way I am currently regulated, audited, inspected, monitored or disciplined by the Department of Health?
No, currently the Department of Health will have no knowledge of who subscribes or doesn't subscribe to the services offered by CE Caddy.
